I am looking for a broker providing API’s to trade in multiple stock exchanges in Europe?

I want to trade in multiple stock exchanges in Europe using a system I developed. So I am looking for API’s I can use, preferably with one vendor (broker) so that I don’t have to manage multiple accounts and transfer money between them. If this is not possible – I would be after a borker for each stock exchange separately
