In Sudden Bidding War, Andeas Approves Goldcorp Offer
The board of Andean Resources has backed the Goldcorp proposal, which is worth the equivalent of $3.4 billion and offers 0.14 share of Goldcorp common stock, as well as 6.50 Canadian dollars, for each Andean share.
